~Pork Curry and Feta Burgers~
So we made it back home after a great ride on our bikes out at Hiawatha today, and I just couldn’t wait to get cooking. As John fired up the barbecue, I got out the meat which I had mixed earlier, and put into the refrigerator, waiting to be made into patties. I made some great whole wheat burger buns, ( I will post the recipe later), and link to this page. Sweet potato fries are a good go with . I love how the curry and coriander mingle with the feta. Gotta go now . Time for some eats!

What wonderful flavors for a burger! I may never eat a plain grilled beef patty again.
Thank-you for your comment. I really love all of the ingredients. I think that the pork is a nice change from the old school burgers.
