Can you show me what I can do with Stone Ground Wheat Flour? I bought it and am looking for some ideas and have been told certain recipes won’t work with this type of flour. I am a flour newbie and would like to start making my own tortillas, pastas,etc. Help! 🙂
Sure Kari, good choice in flour, Much of the nutrients are removed by the mass-produced roller-ground method. Stone-grinding preserves these nutrients so that the flour is more healthy.This site may have some good information and links on it for you ,

there is a little trick to using this type of flour because it is so coarse, I think it would be very good in crackers too and easy to make .
